Affogato Shot
A delightful coffee-flavored cocktail combining espresso and a shot of liqueur, served over creamy ice cream.
Instructions
- Brew a shot of fresh espresso.
- In a shot glass, add 1 ounce of coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa).
- Top the liqueur with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream and liqueur.
- Garnish with a couple of coffee beans on top.
