Instructions
- Brew a shot of hot espresso and let it cool slightly.
- In a shaker, pour in 2 oz of amaretto liqueur.
- Add the cooled espresso to the shaker with amaretto.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently to combine the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
