- Start by preparing fresh peach puree. If using canned peaches, drain and blend until smooth.

- In a champagne flute, add 1 ounce of amaretto.

- Top the amaretto with 3 ounces of the peach puree.
Step 4.
- Gently stir the mixture to combine.
Step 5.
- Slowly add 2 ounces of chilled sparkling wine or prosecco on top, allowing it to mix naturally.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh peach on the rim.
