Instructions
- Chill the coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of brandy, 0.75 oz of amaretto, and 1 oz of heavy cream.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the chilled coupe glass if you were pre-chilling it.
- Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg on top.
