Step 1.
- Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, add 1.5 oz of amaretto.
Step 3.
- Add the cooled espresso (1 oz) and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
Step 4.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with three coffee beans on top.
