Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of amaretto.
- Pour in 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Add 0.5 oz of honey syrup (made from equal parts honey and water).
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon twist.
