Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in the bottom of a highball glass to release the mint oils and lime juice.
- Add the amaretto and simple syrup, then stir gently to combine.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice, then pour soda water over the top.
- Stir lightly to mix the ingredients.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime before serving.
