Step 1.
- Puree fresh peaches in a blender until smooth.

- In a mixing glass, combine the peach puree and amaretto.
Step 3.
- Stir gently to mix.
Step 4.
- Fill a champagne flute with the mixture until about halfway full.
Step 5.
- Top off with chilled Prosecco, pouring slowly to avoid overflow.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a thin slice of peach on the rim.
