A rich and creamy twist on the classic Amaretto Sour, enhanced with egg white for a frothy texture and smooth finish.

Instructions

- Chill a rocks glass
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Amaretto, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, and 1/2 oz of egg white.
- Dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled for about 15 seconds.
- Strain into the chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
