Amaretto Sour with Bitters

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 ounces of amaretto, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and 1 ounce of simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
