- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of Armagnac, 1 ounce of crème de cacao, and 1 ounce of heavy cream.

- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.

- Garnish with a light dusting of grated nutmeg.
