Armagnac Between the Sheets
A sophisticated twist on the classic Between the Sheets cocktail, featuring Armagnac as the rich base spirit.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of Armagnac, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz of orange liqueur, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Remove the ice from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist by expressing the oils over the drink and placing it on the rim.
