Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Armagnac, 0.5 oz of sweet vermouth, 0.5 oz of chocolate liqueur, and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice and water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
