Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Armagnac.
- Add 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Squeeze in 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
- Remove the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
