Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz Armagnac, 0.75 oz Cointreau, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
