Instructions

- In a shaker, add 2 oz of Armagnac.
- Add 1 oz of simple syrup.
- Crack one egg into the shaker.
- Add ice to fill the shaker halfway.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well combined and chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
