Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator or with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1.5 oz of Armagnac, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
Step 3.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
