The Armagnac Harvard derives its name from the original Harvard cocktail, which combines whiskey and sweet vermouth but takes a unique turn by substituting Armagnac, adding depth and elegance.

Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of Armagnac, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 0.5 ounces of fresh lemon juice.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
