Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill the coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 ounces of Armagnac.
Step 3.
- Add 1 ounce of white crème de menthe to the shaker.
Step 4.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
