Step 1.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
