Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large egg yolks and 1/3 cup of granulated sugar until well combined.
- Slowly add 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of heavy cream, whisking continuously.
- Stir in 1 cup of Baileys Irish Cream until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk 4 large egg whites until soft peaks form, then gently fold them into the eggnog mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Pour into hurricane glasses and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top to garnish.
