Eggnog has been a traditional holiday drink since the 17th century, and the addition of Baileys Irish Cream gives it a delightful twist that enhances its creamy texture and flavor.

Instructions

Step 1.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large egg yolks and 1/3 cup of granulated sugar until well combined.
Step 2.
- Slowly add 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of heavy cream, whisking continuously.
Step 3.
- Stir in 1 cup of Baileys Irish Cream until fully incorporated.
Step 4.
- In a separate bowl, whisk 4 large egg whites until soft peaks form, then gently fold them into the eggnog mixture.
Step 5.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Step 6.
- Pour into hurricane glasses and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top to garnish.
