Instructions
- Brew a shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of Baileys Irish Cream, 1 oz of vodka, and the cooled espresso.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top.
