Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of Baileys Irish Cream.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 oz of cold brewed coffee.
Step 4.
- Add 1 oz of chocolate syrup.
Step 5.
- Shake well for about 15-20 seconds.
Step 6.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 7.
- Top with 1 oz of milk (or cream) and stir gently.
Step 8.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
