A herbal and complex aperitif cocktail that balances bitter and sweet flavors, making it perfect for stimulating the appetite before a meal.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 ounces of rye whiskey.
- Pour in 0.75 ounces of sweet vermouth.
- Add 0.5 ounces of Amaro Nonino.
- Stir well until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
