Instructions
- In a shaker, add 2 oz of brandy.
- Crack an egg into the shaker carefully.
- Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Shake vigorously without ice to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
