Brandy Sour 1862
A refreshing and tangy cocktail combining the richness of brandy with the tartness of lemon, originating from the 19th century.
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of brandy to the shaker.
- Pour in 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice.
- Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
