Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.

- In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail into it.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
