Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of coffee, about 6 ounces.
- In a heatproof glass, combine the hot coffee with 1.5 ounces of Irish whiskey.
- Add 1 ounce of chocolate liqueur and stir gently.
- Sweeten to taste with sugar or simple syrup, if desired.
- Top with whipped cream, allowing it to float on top.
- Dust the whipped cream with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
