Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, add 1.5 oz of dry vermouth.
Step 3.
- Pour in 0.75 oz of orange liqueur.
Step 4.
- Add 0.5 oz of absinthe.
Step 5.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Step 6.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
Step 7.
- Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
Step 8.
- Express an orange peel over the cocktail, then drop it in as garnish.
