Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine 750 ml of sake with 250 ml of orange juice.
- Add 1 cup of diced seasonal fruits such as oranges, lemons, and limes.
- Pour in 1 cup of soda water for fizz and stir gently.
- Add ice to the pitcher and stir again to chill.
- Serve the sangria in wine glasses filled with ice, and garnish with citrus slices and fresh mint.
