Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz bourbon, 1 oz Cynar, and 1 oz sweet vermouth.

- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well for about 30 seconds until chilled.

- Empty the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.

- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
