Instructions
- Chill the coupe glass in the freezer or with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine the dry sherry, orange curaçao, sweet vermouth, and grenadine.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on the rim.
