Instructions
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Fernet, 1 oz of simple syrup, and 1 fresh egg.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg on top.
