Instructions
- Pour Sambuca into a shot glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
- Using a bar spoon, carefully layer a small amount of high-proof liquor on top of the Sambuca.
- Using a long lighter, ignite the top layer of high-proof liquor.
- Allow it to burn for a few seconds to enhance the aroma before extinguishing the flame by blowing it out or placing a non-flammable surface over it.
- Quickly place a coffee bean on top as a garnish (optional), then enjoy the shot.
