Instructions

Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of dark rum, 4 oz of ale, and 1 oz of simple syrup.
Step 2.
- Add 1 whole egg to the shaker for the creamy texture.
Step 3.
- Shake vigorously without ice for 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg.
Step 4.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain into a warm mug.
