A rich and creamy cocktail that combines a spirit base with a whole egg, leading to a velvety texture and warming flavor profile.

Instructions

- Crack the egg into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the chosen base spirit (rum) and simple syrup into the shaker.
- Dry shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg on top. Adjust the amount to taste.
