Instructions
Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 1 oz of light rum, 1 oz of dark rum, 0.75 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 0.75 oz of orange juice, and 0.5 oz of orgeat syrup.
Step 2.
- Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Step 3.
- Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
Step 4.
- Carefully float 0.5 oz of oloroso sherry on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
