Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the gin, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters.
- Stir well until the mixture is well-chilled and diluted, about 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before adding it to the glass.
