Instructions

Step 1.
- Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a julep cup to release their oils.
Step 2.
- Add the gin and simple syrup to the cup.
Step 3.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice and stir gently to combine.
Step 4.
- Top with more crushed ice if needed, creating a dome.
