Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, add 1.5 oz of gin.
Step 3.
- Add 1.5 oz of sweet vermouth.
Step 4.
- Add 2 dashes of orange bitters.
Step 5.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Step 6.
- Discard the ice water from the coupe glass.
Step 7.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
