Step 1.
- Brew chamomile tea and let it cool.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of whiskey, 1 oz of cooled chamomile tea, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of honey syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with chamomile flowers on top.
