Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of mezcal, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of honey syrup.
Step 2.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Step 3.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 4.
- Drizzle a little honey across the rim of the glass for presentation.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
