Step 1.
- Muddle the mint leaves and honey in the bottom of a highball glass.
Step 2.
- Add fresh lime juice and stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
Step 3.
- Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the rum.
Step 4.
- Top off with soda water and stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
