Honey Mule
A sweet twist on the classic Moscow Mule, the Honey Mule blends honey with the refreshing zing of ginger beer and lime juice, served in a chilled copper mug.
Instructions
- Fill a copper mug with ice.
- Add 2 oz of vodka to the mug.
- Pour in 1 oz of fresh lime juice.
- Add 1 oz of honey syrup (mix equal parts honey and hot water until dissolved).
- Top with 4 oz of ginger beer.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
