Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz of rye whiskey, 0.5 oz of dry vermouth, and 0.5 oz of honey syrup.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Remove the coupe glass from the freezer or empty the ice water if being used to chill.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
