Instructions
- Muddle 6 fresh raspberries in a shaker.
- Add 2 ounces of whiskey, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and 1 ounce of honey syrup (1:1 honey and water).
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry and a sprig of mint.
