Honey Rob Roy
A sweet twist on the classic Rob Roy, blending Scotch whisky with honey and vermouth for a smooth and rich flavor.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Scotch whisky, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1/2 oz of honey syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
