Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of brandy, 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of honey syrup.
- To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and warm water until mixed.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
