Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of tequila, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and 3/4 ounce of honey syrup (made by mixing equal parts honey and hot water).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on the rim.
