Step 1.
- Muddle 2 slices of fresh jalapeño in the bottom of a shaker.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of whiskey, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of honey syrup (honey mixed with warm water).
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a slice of jalapeño on top.
